1. Service
impersona.io provides brand impersonation monitoring and public brand checks. Outputs are risk signals and evidence, not a guarantee that every threat will be found.
2. Acceptable use
You may only monitor domains you own or are authorized to protect. Do not use impersona.io to attack, scrape, overload, or test third-party systems without permission.
3. Accounts and license
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. You are responsible for account access and authorized users.
4. Billing and cancellation
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel future renewal through the billing portal. Amounts required by law, tax, or already consumed services may remain payable.
5. Availability
There is no committed SLA unless a signed order form says otherwise. Uptime, certification, and managed takedown commitments apply only where they are separately documented in a signed agreement.
6. IP and confidentiality
Each party keeps its pre-existing intellectual property. Non-public configuration, evidence, customer data, and security details are confidential.
7. Liability
Liability is limited to the extent permitted by German law. Nothing excludes liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or mandatory statutory liability.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, non-payment, or security risk. You may stop using the service and request deletion as described in the privacy policy.
9. Law and venue
These terms are governed by German law.
